Who is eligible to become a DDI wholesale partner?

Any verified business with a retail storefront or online presence focused on automotive products can apply. We review each application to make sure it's a good fit.

How do I apply?

Visit our Get Started page and fill out the short application. We’ll review it and get back to you within 3 business days.

What’s the wholesale discount?

Discounts scale based on order volume. The more you order, the deeper the discount.

What’s the minimum order?

Our program is tiered—bigger orders mean better pricing—but we don’t require huge opening orders. We'll work with you based on your needs.

Can I sell DDI products on Amazon, eBay, or similar marketplaces?

No. To protect the integrity of our brand, we do not allow wholesale partners to sell on third-party marketplaces.

Do you provide marketing support?

Yes! We offer co-branded assets and product photos to help you promote DDI in your shop and online.

Can I use DDI logos and branding?

Once you're approved, we grant a limited license to use our logos and assets strictly for promoting and selling DDI products.

What if I want to stop selling DDI?

No problem. You can opt out anytime with written notice. Just make sure all outstanding balances are paid and that you stop using DDI branding.

Ordering & Logistics FAQs

How do I place an order?

Once approved, you’ll place orders using your approved wholesale login. Any parties within your organization that are placing orders should do so through your account login.

How do I pay?

We accept ACH and certified checks without fees. Credit card payments are also accepted with a small processing fee (3–4%).

Acceptable Payment Options?

ACH, Check, or Credit Cards are all accepted. If paying by ACH or Check, you will save the 3% credit card processing fee.

Do you offer net terms?

We’re happy to discuss terms once a relationship is established. All initial orders are prepaid.

Can I return products?

Defective items can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or credit. Non-defective returns are only accepted with prior approval and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Will I be charged sales tax?

If you have entered your tax ID number and are a reseller, you will not be charged sales tax.

What does the shipping fee include?

Shipping is set for freight shipping and includes shipping insurance. If you have your own freight partner and would like to arrange shipping/insurance, please let us know and we will refund the shipping fee.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Depending on the size of the order, we will ship within 1-4 weeks of payment.

What if I'm placing an order for one or two items?

If you are placing small quantity orders, It's better to place the order through our retail website. This will avoid the shipping fees.

Product FAQs

Do your products come with warranties?

Yes, all our products carry DDI’s manufacturer warranty. Details vary by product and are available upon request.

Will installing DDI products void my vehicle's warranty?

Our products should not impact your warranty but if you are concerned, talk to your local dealership to be certain.

Are your products made in the USA?

Yes, proudly. All our products are machined in the USA from US-sourced materials, and we’re the only seat riser brand with crash testing certifications.

Do you have other purchasing options if I'm not Wholesale approved?

Our main retail site is located at www.desertdoesit.com and is open to everyone for purchase.

How To Register

  • Step 1: Register for an account

    Before you begin shopping, you'll need to apply for a DDI Wholesale account. Fill out our registration form and we'll review your account for eligibility.

  • Step 2: DDI manually approves your request

    We will personally review your account request. Please note we may reach out to you with introductions and questions prior to approval.

  • Step 3: Activate account & update details

    You will receive an email confirming account approval, prompting you to create your DDI Wholesale account.
